Reiki is a traditional type of energy healing. Rei means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher power” and Ki means “Life force energy”. So, Reiki is actually “Spiritually guided life force energy”. This ancient healing art is a gentle form of energy healing that uses light hand positions to channel the energy. As you enter into a deep state of tranquility and healing, the release of stress on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies takes place.

Cancellation Policy:

Due to the nature of Reiki and healing, clients require appointments. During busy times I operate a cancellation list whereby I can slot an appointment in immediately when a space becomes available.  Last-minute cancellations and no-shows result in wasted appointments, clients unable to receive care, and loss of earnings. Please read my cancellation policy, which enables me to keep appointments running smoothly.

Cancellation of an appointment:
24-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment. This allows another client to use the space. If 24 hours notice is not given you may be charged the full amount of your appointment. You may also be required to pay in advance for further sessions. Please understand that my time is valuable, and other clients are waiting for appointments.

No Show
If you don’t turn up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged for your missed appointment and required to pay for any further sessions in advance.
 
Late arrivals
If you arrive late your session may be shortened however you will still be responsible for paying the full amount. Time is reserved for your session and lateness impacts the next client.

In-person Reiki Healing Sessions 1hr $75.00/ Description

You’ll meet with your Reiki practitioner. You’ll have a short introduction or chat about the process and your expectations or intentions. Let your practitioner know about any symptoms you want to be addressed or if there are places in the body on which you’d like them to focus. Also, let the practitioner know if you have any injuries or places that are sensitive to touch.

​

You’ll be instructed to lie down on a treatment table or mat. They will cover you with a blanket. Usually, soft, relaxing music will be playing in the background. For the most part, there won’t be any talking during the session, but you can feel free to let your practitioner know if there’s something you need to feel more comfortable with or to share what you’re experiencing.

​

The practitioner will move their hands around your body. They may touch you lightly or have their hands just above your body.

Virtual Reiki Healing Sessions 1hr $75.00/ Description

​

Energy healing can be done remotely just as successfully as if you were in the same room, even over long distances. You simply relax at a jointly agreed-upon time and I transmit healing energy to you.

Reiki Facial 1hr $85.00/ Description

​

A Reiki facial helps the clearing of the crown, third eye, and throat chakras and removes the remnants of anxiety, worry, and tension from your face. You will feel rejuvenated and relaxed! This service includes a facial massage using organic massage oils and crystals, followed by a cleanser, toner, mask, and moisturizer. You will have your skin feeling refreshed, clear, and soft.

Healing Sound Bath 1hr $65.00 / Description

​

Sound healing is the use of specific instruments, tones, and other sonic vibrations to balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit. It involves using specialized sound frequencies to create a therapeutic atmosphere to promote deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release. Ideally, a hypnotic meditative or theta brainwave state is created which allows access to deeper levels of inner wisdom and healing.

The experience begins with a person or each person lying down in a comfortable position, often with a blanket and an eye mask. The Sound Bath begins with a short meditation and breathwork as we settle into the space within and around us. The remainder of the experience is filled with different sounds and frequencies being introduced in succession. The sounds are created by a variety of overtone-emitting instruments including tuning forks, crystal singing bowls, ocean drums, chimes, and tingshas bells.

We will end with a sharing circle to allow us to process our experience.
